Every job gets a site survey with a shade analysis, a structural check and a single-line drawing before we quote a rupee. You'll see the same drawing on the day we install.

Bungalows & row houses
Most families in Pune run between 300 and 600 units a month. A 3–5 kW system on a flat terrace usually covers it, with room left for the water tank and the clothesline.

Lifts, pumps, corridor lights and the clubhouse — the common-area bill is the one every committee argues about. We present to the AGM, handle the resolution paperwork and fit around residents' terrace access.

If your machines run in daylight, solar is the cheapest power you'll buy. We size to your daytime load from twelve months of bills, and work weekends so the line doesn't stop.

Day 1–3
Roof survey
An engineer visits, measures, checks shade at 9 am and 4 pm, and looks at your last 12 bills.
Day 4–6
Drawing & fixed quote
A layout, a generation estimate and one price. It doesn't change after you sign.
Day 10–14
Installation
Our own crew, usually done in a day. We leave the terrace cleaner than we found it.
Day 18–30
Net meter & subsidy
We chase MSEDCL and file on the PM Surya Ghar portal. The subsidy lands in your bank.
